FERPA & COPPA Compliance for Schools

Establishing whether our services are FERPA and COPPA compliant is the responsibility of the user, however there are some important points to bear in mind:

• Our services are COPPA and FERPA compliant if the user does not create an account, as no PII is stored, or shared.

• Users under the age of 13, may not create an account for Zip Captions. If you are aware of a user who has create an account and is aged under 13, please contact us at [email protected].

• Users who create an account will have certain PII stored.
